حيث ان الجوالات الشعبية تستهدف خلق رأى عام قوى تجاه "البرادعى"، والرد على الهجمات المتتالية من النظام ضد شخصه ومحاولات تشويه صورته عقب إعلانه النية لخوض الانتخابات الرئاسية، وكذلك تلقى الطلبات من أجل الاستقبال الشعبى له.
